Morning

Start your day off with breakfast at the cozy Cafe Creme, located 18 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium. This French-inspired bakery offers a European sidewalk cafe experience in the middle of Miami.

One of Cafe Creme’s goals, besides serving delicious fresh food, is for people to enjoy the simple things in life. This is why the chefs focus on quality, and create their food with patience and care. For breakfast, Cafe Creme serves classic egg dishes like omelettes, Eggs Benedict, or quiche. They have a variety of quiche flavors, such as a mushroom and goat cheese flavor, and even a crab quiche. In addition, you can grab a croissant sandwich or panini, then wash it down with a freshly squeezed juice of your choice.

Whether you’re taking it easy in their calm, Parisian atmosphere or grabbing a meal for a prompt carry-out, Cafe Creme is the perfect place to start.

Afterwards, the artsy hipster neighborhood of Wynwood is just an eight-minute drive from Cafe Creme. The biggest attraction in this neighborhood is Wynwood Walls. This Instagram-worthy collection of murals was founded in 2009 by Tony Goldman, who wanted to attract visitors and artists to the Wynwood neighborhood.

Wynwood Walls’ collection of murals represents more than 50 prominent artists from 16 different countries, and is always expanding. This famous display is a celebration of street art and graffiti.

Guests can stroll through the murals, absorbing the amazing colors, designs, and subject matter in the stunning artwork. There is a guided tour for those who’d like to learn about the murals in more detail. Wynwood Walls is a must-see Miami destination in a fun, energetic neighborhood, and only 20 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium.

The art scene in Wynwood is not confined Wynwood Walls; there are murals and public art pieces throughout the entire neighborhood. For this reason, an art tour is the perfect, next activity.

Hard Rock Stadium

Wynwood Art Walk Tours takes you around the area to learn about other artists and their work displayed around the town. Wynwood Art Walk Tours conveniently offers the Graffiti Golf Car Tour, perfect for those with disabilities or visitors trying to stay out of the Florida sun. The same company also holds a self-guided scavenger hunt and a block party every second Saturday.

If you’d like to escape from the great outdoors, there is no shortage of indoor galleries throughout Wynwood. For example, SWGR Gallery, GS Fine Art, Rubell Family Collection, N’NAMDI Gallery, and Art Fusion Galleries are all just a short ride from Hard Rock Stadium.

Noon

In addition to the amazing art in Wynwood, the neighborhood also contains fantastic food and lively bars to enjoy. A two-minute walk from Wynwood Walls will bring you to Coyo Taco, a well-known and popular taco spot. You may recognize this street food-style eatery from their stand in Hard Rock Stadium, which is located 20 minutes away.

Coyo Taco keeps it fresh and uses all-natural ingredients. For example, they source their vegetables from local farms, their meat and fish are responsibly and humanely raised, and their guacamole is smashed to order.  The menu contains a wealth of options, including meat-free choices. If tacos are not your thing, you can transform your order into a burrito, burrito bowl, salad, or quesadilla.

Locals and visitors alike are all vying to taste a Coyo Taco, so don’t be surprised if there’s a line out the door!

Right around the corner from Coyo Taco is El Patio Wynwood. This open air bar has a funky vibe and is filled with lush greenery. Their wonderfully shabby-chic decor creates a casual, down-to-earth environment. This trendy bar is a gathering place for people to relax, have a drink, and sit under a shady tree.

Once you’ve relaxed with a cocktail at El Patio, you might be in the mood for a snack. A two-minute walk down the street brings you to The Salty Donut. Thrillist, Business Insider, and Zagat have all declared The Salty Donut the best in the country. With that high praise, you have to check it out for yourself!

Hard Rock Stadium

This family-owned, artisan donut shop makes small batches of their donuts from scratch. Nothing but the highest quality ingredients go into their handmade treats. You can’t go wrong with the original glazed donut, but for those interested in something outside the donut box, there are incredible creations worth trying.

The brown butter and salt donut is a vanilla bean cake base with brown butter glaze and topped with salt. The white chocolate tres leches is a brioche donut soaked in a mixture of rum and milk, with white chocolate at the bottom and torched meringue at the top. Other outstanding flavors include strawberry shortcake, blueberry lemon, orange creamsicle, and butterscotch caramel popcorn. If your sweet tooth is still not satisfied, you can wash down your donut with a Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte.

After indulging at this nationally recognized dessert shop, it’s time to take a 12-minute drive down to Bayside Marketplace. This large shopping center along the water has plenty to keep you busy for hours, and is located just over 20 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium. The shops at Bayside Marketplace range from A to Z. They have international brands next to unique little trinket shops. There are sit-down restaurants, modest cafes, snack stands, and bars. If you haven’t filled up on tacos and donuts already, you’ll be able to enjoy some of the food choices here at Bayside Marketplace.

Bayside Marketplace has events almost every week, such as farmer’s markets, for patrons to enjoy once they’re all shopped out. Enjoy the bright sunshine, green trees, beautiful waterfront views, and the colorful flags hanging along the shopping center. You will enjoy your time spent in the beautiful atmosphere of Bayside Marketplace.

A short stroll along the water will bring you to Bayfront Park, a busy area that’s always bustling with activities. It strikes the perfect balance between beautiful ocean views and the impressive, towering buildings on the Miami skyline.

There’s always something going on at Bayfront Park, including free yoga, a flying trapeze school, jazz festivals, 5Ks, and musical performances in their amphitheater. On the other hand, if you’d prefer a serene experience, relax by Pepper Fountain and watch the boats sailing along the bay. You’ll find all this just a short drive from Hard Rock Stadium.

After shopping and strolling along the water, you’ll probably have worked up an appetite. The distinctive NIU Kitchen is just a seven-minute walk from Bayfront Park and is not to be missed. Their cozy dining room welcomes customers to settle in and try their unusual take on authentic Spanish tapas.

At NIU Kitchen, you don’t order one meal each like usual. The restaurant constructed their modern menu for guests to order multiple small dishes and share them amongst their group. NIU is so confident that you will love their food that they encourage guests to close their eyes, point to the menu, and order whatever is there. There are meat, seafood, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options, all freshly prepared in their kitchen.

Some delicious dishes include grilled flap steak with rosemary vinaigrette, calamari, garden salad, lobster, a Spanish cheese trio, pork sausage, and oysters. A visit to NIU is more than a meal, it’s an experience.

Night

After enjoying this unforgettable meal, walk it off with a five-minute stroll to Bloom Skybar. This modern, trendy bar sits at the top of the Langford Hotel and provides great views of the city. Bloom Skybar is the only rooftop bar in downtown Miami, making it a great destination while you’re in the area. They serve classic drinks in addition to a unique cocktail served in a small porcelain bathtub.

From this rooftop bar you’ll be able to see Miami Tower, which is lit up various colors for holidays and other special occasions. Bloom Skybar also holds different events each week, so you may be visiting just in time to enjoy something unexpected.

As the night continues, the bar transforms into a nightclub-like atmosphere for a young, trendy crowd to dance the night away. But instead of stopping here for the rest of the night, you have another memorable activity waiting for you!

Hard Rock StadiumMany visitors to Miami highly recommend doing a sunset cruise on the water. Here you’ll see the beautiful Florida sunset and city views from a perspective like no other. Sip on a cocktail as the sun goes down and shines on the glistening water.

There are many cruises to choose from that vary in pricing, length, and experience. Because of this variety, you need to do your due diligence first. For example, Miami Tour Company’s sunset cruise lets you feel the ocean breeze as you take your 90-minute sail across the bay. Meanwhile, It Wasn’t Me Charters provides beer, wine and appetizers on their two-hour tour. Lastly, if you’re looking for an intimate open-air sailing experience, Let’s Go Sailing Today is a private, BYO excursion along the water.

The choice is yours! Most of the sunset cruises conveniently leave from Bayside Marketplace, just over 20 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium.

Your return to land may not be until late at night so you may want to end it there. But if you’re ready to hit up one more spot, Bayside Marketplace is the perfect place to be. Many bars along the water have lots of nightlife and energy after the sun goes down. Grab a drink and dance the night away at places such as the Conga Bar, Segafredo Bayside, The Other Daiquiri Bar, or Fat Tuesday.

If you’d rather have dessert, there are a few places to get some delicious ice cream. Wonderfruits serves gelato popsicles, bubble tea and other healthy dessert options that the entire family will like. Their popsicles contain real fruit that you can clearly see frozen inside.

Rolly Ice Cream is also nearby, serving trendy rolled-up ice cream. They accomplish this picture-worthy dessert by spreading the ice cream thinly over a cold, metal plate, and then use scrapers to roll them up into spiraling tubes. This unique way to serve ice cream will make a fun and memorable experience for all guests.

Both Wonderfruits and Rolly Ice Cream are just over 20 minutes from Hard Rock Stadium.

You are probably exhausted after seeing the funky neighborhoods, beautiful ocean, and impressive skyline of Miami. It’s impossible to be bored in this city, as there’s always something new to experience!
