Come in clutch next time there’s a team meal. Cook up a protein packed dish that’ll be a surefire hit with everyone. What is this meal you might ask? It’s none other than Buffalo Chicken Rolls. You’ll be the hero of the team dinner when you bring this mouth-watering, spicy chicken recipe.

*Ingredient amounts are set for 15 people. Add or subtract based on how many people you’re serving.

 

Ingredients

  • 15 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves – pound to 1/4 inch thick
  • 3/4 cup and 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups & 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 3/4 & 2 tablespoons shredded provolone cheese

 

Directions

Prep time: 30 minutes Cook time: 35 minutes

  1. Stir melted butter and hot sauce in bowl.
  2. Place chicken breasts in separate bowl and pour sauce over. Coat chicken breasts, cover, and cool in fridge for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  4. Remove chicken breasts from hot sauce and put one tablespoon of cheese in the center of each breast. Then, roll up and secure with a toothpick. Place chicken breasts seam side down in glass baking ware.
  5. Cover dish and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  6. Increase heat to 450 F, uncover chicken, and bake for 5 minutes, until browned.
  7. Garnish with shredded provolone cheese (substitute with any other kind of cheese if you so choose).
  8. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
