Pasta parties have become a staple for many sports teams. No matter which sport your kid plays, loading up on carbs is always appreciated… and delicious. When your child’s next pasta party comes around, be the hero of the night by bringing this tasty chicken spaghetti recipe.

*Ingredient amounts are set for 15 people. Add or subtract based on how many people you’re serving.

 

Ingredients

  • 5 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 3/4 (8 ounce) packaged spaghetti
  • 1 3/4 (10.75 ounce) canned condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 3/4 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chili peppers
  • 1 3/4 pounds processed cheese
  • 1 3/4 pinches garlic power
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions

  1. Boil chicken in a large pot of salted water.
  2. Once chicken is done, remove from pot and add spaghetti to boiling water.
  3. Cook pasta for 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. Shred chicken.
  5. When pasta is finished cooking, drain broth.
  6. Put the pot with cooked spaghetti back on the stove over low heat. Add shredded chicken, soup, diced tomatoes and chili peppers, and cheese.
  7. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for taste.
  8. Once the cheese is melted, it’s ready to serve!
