Everglades Alligator Farm

You can’t visit Miami without stopping by the Everglades, one of the most unique ecosystems on earth, featuring tropical wetlands that are home to numerous exotic plant and wildlife species.

Coral Castle

If you’re looking for something weird and wonderful to do, visit the Coral Castle in Miami.

No one knows how exactly Ed Leedskalnin built this amazing attraction, but many suspect that he had supernatural abilities, or used reverse magnetism or another alien technology to create the structure, which is made from megalithic stones; mostly limestone formed from coral, each weighing several tons apiece.

No one ever witnessed him actually building the Coral Castle in the 28 years it took to complete. Tour this amazing structure, which includes a nine-ton gate that swings open with the touch of a finger, fully functioning coral rocking chairs, and a fascinating sculpture garden with incredible structures carved by Mr. Leedskalnin’s talented hand. Oleta River State Park

Florida’s largest park, Oleta River State Park is located on Biscayne Bay in the metropolitan area Miami. It offers a variety of recreational opportunities and the park is best known for miles of off-road bicycling trails, ranging from novice trails to trails for the experienced bicyclist.

Along the Oleta River, there is a beautiful mangrove forest that preserves native South Florida plants and wildlife. Canoeists and kayakers can paddle the river to explore this amazing natural area. Miami Seaquarium

Across the Rickenbacker Causeway in Key Biscayne, you will find the Miami Seaquarium. This world-class marine-life entertainment park features eight marine animal shows and presentations.
