These Terms of Use and any other posted guidelines or rules applicable to the Website (collectively, the "Terms of Use") set forth the terms and conditions that apply to your ("User" or "You") use of the web pages at or linked to the URL www.hotels4teams.com (the "Website"), which are brought to You by Hotels4Teams, LLC ("H4T"). By using the Website, You agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms of Use. All such guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

By using or downloading information from this Website You represent that You are 18 years of age or older, have read and understood these Terms of Use, and agree to be bound by them. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms of Use, You should not use this Website.

1. Website Content and Purpose

H4T helps travelers find hotels near venues of all types and also provides venue and area information, travel guides, and sports- and travel-related content. H4T does not own or operate any events, tournaments, venues, hotels, or other accommodations. The content on the Website should not be construed as a recommendation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval of any third-party supplier, or as an affiliation between H4T and any third-party supplier.

2. Third-Party Booking Services

When You search for hotels, view hotel details or pricing, make a reservation, or view or modify an existing reservation from any H4T-branded booking page (for example, www1.hotels4teams.com or an event-specific booking subdomain), those booking pages are provided by HotelPlanner ("HotelPlanner" or "HP") through their white-label booking service. HP collects and controls all reservation and payment information and is solely responsible for processing bookings, charging payment methods, issuing confirmations, handling modifications or cancellations, and providing customer support related to reservations.

H4T may assist with customer support related to reservations, including helping locate or confirm a booking, and in some cases facilitating communication with HP regarding more complex issues such as refund requests, billing questions, or reservation disputes. This support is provided using limited booking information made available to H4T through HP's administrative portal. However, H4T does not have authority to approve, deny, modify, or cancel reservations, issue refunds, or make binding decisions on behalf of HP or any lodging provider. Outside H4T's business hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday), and for any requests requiring changes, cancellations, refunds, or resolution of booking-related issues, You will be assisted directly by HP. HP remains solely responsible for processing, modifying, canceling, and servicing reservations and continues to be the contracting party for all bookings.

H4T does not collect or store reservation or payment information and is not a party to any booking transaction. Your booking is subject to HP's terms, conditions, and policies, in addition to any terms imposed by the hotel or other lodging provider. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms and policies. 3. Third-Party Websites and Links

The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites owned, controlled, and/or operated by third parties. These links are provided for reference only. H4T is not responsible for the content, policies, practices, accuracy, or security of those websites, including any viruses or harmful elements. Access to any third-party website is at Your own risk.

4. Events and Tournaments

The Website may contain information about sporting or other events or tournaments owned and/or operated by third parties. H4T has no affiliation with, or control over, such events or tournaments and does not independently verify event information. H4T disclaims all liability in connection with Your participation in any event or tournament. You should contact the third party directly for event details, safety considerations, stay-and-play requirements, and any other rules or conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout, are owned by or licensed to H4T and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may download limited materials for personal, noncommercial use only. No other reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display is permitted without H4T's prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use any automated system, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers, to access the Website for any purpose without H4T's prior written consent
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website for commercial purposes without H4T's express written permission
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, its servers, or any systems or networks connected to the Website
  • Use the Website to transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Website or the servers or networks connected to it
  • Use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Website or interfere with any other party's use of the Website

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content provided on or through it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. H4T does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, H4T shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to Your use of the Website or interactions with any third-party supplier, including any hotel, lodging provider, event operator, or HP. In no event shall H4T's total aggregate liability to You for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Website exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless H4T, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Your use of the Website; (b) Your violation of these Terms of Use; (c) Your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) Your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, and You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, You agree to first contact H4T at privacy@hotels4teams.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution in the courts specified in Section 10.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between You and H4T regarding Your use of the Website and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

14. Changes to Terms of Use

H4T may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If materially changed, we will post the updated Terms of Use and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
