In addition to the museum, you will find a tranquil arboretum where you can take a walk. Many beautiful, exotic trees and birds will accompany you on your relaxing walk along the Wyomissing Creek.

FirstEnergy Stadium

Looking for some good old-fashioned American fun? Take your team to FirstEnergy Stadium to cheer for the Reading Fightin Phils. This historic  baseball stadium was constructed in 1950 and for over 60 years, has provided families with an enjoyable night out.

The Phils are a double-A affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. This talented team puts on a show of consistent talent every game.

Reading Rocks

Scale high walls of varying difficulty at Reading Rocks. This rock climbing facility has walls as high as 35 feet for you to attempt to climb. There are 32 top rope courses for your team to try as well as many rock climbing courses. Reading Rocks also has a 23 foot rappel tower, in case you’d rather climb down than up.

A beginner lesson is offered if you feel a little out of your element. The staff will review the equipment and how to use it. Mid-Atlantic Air Museum

Reading is proud to house the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum. This museum honors both the brave men and women who served in the Air Force and the amazing machinery that is the aircraft.

Examine over 30 aircrafts from various eras. The museum has a large collection of WWII and post war planes showcased. Early conceptual planes and aircrafts from the “Golden Age” are also on display for all to see. You won’t see a collection this size anywhere else around.

Air Force uniforms, equipment, and other artifacts are housed in display cases and can be found throughout the facility.
