Peoria Sports Complex in Peoria, Arizona just outside of Phoenix is a Major League Baseball spring training and player development facility shared by the San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners.

The complex is utilized year-round by local and national youth and adult baseball tournaments and championships. It features facilities like 12 full size practice baseball fields, 4 half fields, and 20 covered major league and minor league hitting tunnels.

Lake Pleasant Regional Park

If you have time for the 30-mile drive from the Peoria Sports Complex, go visit Lake Pleasant Regional Park. This popular destination is one of the most beautiful natural water recreation areas around.

The 23,362 acre park offers many plenty to do like swimming, hiking, fishing, and picnicking. There’s also a Discovery Center where your team can learn about the animals and plant life native to the area.

Lake Pleasant is a water reservoir and is part of the Central Arizona Project waterway system that brings water from the Lower Colorado River into central and southern Arizona. The acreage of the water surface can fluctuate from over 3,000 acres to almost 10,000 acres at its fullest.
