Wrap-Up & Departure

As your event concludes, please gather all personal belongings and clear your assigned area promptly to assist with venue cleanup efforts. If you are coordinating a large group, establish a specific meeting point outside the main gate to simplify your departure process. Traffic exiting the campus can be heavy immediately following high-attendance events, so consider a brief post-event visit to a nearby cafe.
